Rules and Regulations
We have the rules in place to ensure the safety of our guest and our staff. Please abide by all rule
No Alcohol, Drugs or Weapons on Premises:
We ask that you do not bring alcohol, illegal drugs, or weapons into our Pay lake or anywhere on the property. It ensures everyone's safety as well as yours and will prevent problems that arise from alcohol and drug use. Pocket Knives are permitted but we ask that you keep them concealed when not in use.
No Vehicles in Pay lake Fishing Area or campsites:
We have Provide a place for our guest to park. It creates a hazard when vehicles are in the pay lake fishing area. If you need assistance packing your gear to your fishing site, one of our employees will be glad to help you. We provide Side by sides and golf carts to escort you to your destination.
We reserve the right to check any cooler or bag upon entering and leaving:
We hate to have to be this way about checking your belongings, but we have to ensure that our fish are staying our fish unless they have been purchased with a package deal or per pound.
No running or climbing on Anything:
WE understand children like to fish too, but sometimes when they get bored, they want to run and play. Playing is fine, we just ask that you don't let your children run or climb on anything on the premises. Please help us help keep your children safe.
Anyone under 18 Must Have an Adult Present:
We do require an adult to be present on the premises at all times with under age children due to safety issues.
Help keep our pay lake Clean:
Please refrain from throwing trash or anything on the premises. There are trash bins Provided for dead fish and for trash.
Side by Sides and Golf carts:
We do allow the side by sides and golf carts on the property; however, the driver must be 16 years of age and follow all recreational vehicle rules. We ask that you don't speed on the roads and around the areas where there may be people. Please use all safety equipment that is required for your item.
**WE HAVE PROHIBITED ALL FOUR WHEELERS AND THREE WHEELERS**
Because of safety hazards involved with these types of vehicles.
Please let us know if you have a type of ATV that is allowed you will have to fill out paperwork before it is unloaded.
Waivers:
Will have to be signed and life jackets are mandatory while entering the water, on the water and exiting the water. If you are caught without one on you will be asked to exit the water and leave if rules are not followed. This is for your own safety we ask your help in following these simple rules!
